There is a lot of debate about stand position. One of the things I would say about it and I think it is true for many of the issues around exhibiting and many shows, it depends on the show. It depends on the market. It depends on what you are trying to achieve. There is not a simple answer, but, some rules of thumb. If you want to make a big impressive presence and establish brand, then the front of the show works as well as anywhere. However, for my money, that position is not great for interaction. Visitors approach. They see you. They are taken in by your brand, but they haven't decompressed yet. They are off. They are into the bowels of the show. They want to get involved and so you might miss that more meaningful engagement. There are a lot of people who like to be near catering areas, near seminar theatres and I think all of these things are relevant provided you know what you are going to do with it. So, for instance, if you want to be near a seminar theatre, you are likely to see more of the more thoughtful, more educational driven exhibitors. If they are the kind of people you want to meet, then drive your process towards that stand. But if you just want to meet the people who want to visit and see what's new and buy, then that is potentially not the best place.
